1. Purpose
1.1 This Aftersales Service Policy outlines the support, service, and warranty terms provided to customers
after purchasing smart gadgets from our store & our official website www.techgiant.lk our goal is to
ensure customer satisfaction, product reliability, and timely issue resolution.
2. Warranty Coverage
2.1 All smart gadgets purchased from our store include a standard manufacturer warranty period, typically
from 3 months to 24 months depending on the brand & products, unless stated otherwise.
2.2 Warranty covers only manufacturing defects, Software malfunctioins.
2.3 Warranty does not cover physical damage, breakage, or cracks, Liquid damages
Unauthorized repairs or modifications normal wear and tear (battery degradation, cosmetic scratches)
3. Proof of Purchase
3.1 Customers must provide valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) for warranty claims, returns, or exchanges.
4. Returns & Exchanges
4.1 Return Period
4.2 Products can be returned within 12hours from the purchase time and date of purchase:

4.4 All accessories, manuals, and components should be included
4.5 The product is not damaged
4.6 Returns may be subject to a restocking fee if the packaging is opened and misused or items are missing.
4.7 Return for change of mind due to colour or design and specifications preference is not possible.
5. Exchange Policy
5.1 Defective devices may be exchanged within 24 hours , after inspection and verification by the company staff.
5.2 Exchanges of change of mind due to colour preference or model will be not be allowed.
6. Repair Services
6.1 We offer in-house troubleshooting for basic diagnostics. For advanced hardware or software issues, the product may be
sent to the authorized service center repaired under warranty if eligible repaired out-of-warranty with an
estimated repair & service fee with all means (quoted before repair)
6.2 Repair Turnaround Time
Typical repair time: 3–21 business days, depending on parts availability and service centers located locally.if its a international
warranty it may take more than 30 days
7. Out-of-Warranty Support
For devices no longer under warranty, we provide paid repair services replacement parts with and estimated price.
8. Software & Firmware Support
Assistance with firmware updates, app setup, device pairing, and general operation tips.
Software issues caused by unauthorized modifications (e.g., rooting, jailbreaking) are not supported.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for backing up personal data before sending devices for repair
removing passwords, lock screens, or providing temporary access for testing retrieving repaired
devices within the specified collection period
10. Limitations
Our store will not be responsible for loss of data during repairs damages resulting from
unauthorized repair attempts Issues caused by incompatible accessories or misuse will be void from warranty
